About

I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020 from Appalachian State University. I worked in a variety of settings while being associate-licensed, a large portion of it dedicated to couples and addictions work. I am trained in couples counseling, addictions counseling, sex therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and experiential-based modalities. 

I work with anxiety, depression, (alcohol, drug, sex, porn, gambling, other processing) addiction, relationship or sex issues (performance issues, erectile dysfunction, and vaginismus), self-image and self-esteem, and many other troubles we come across in life. My specialties lie in couples/relationship work and addiction.
